Our hardware coverage policy
Reach Vapes stands behind the hardware devices we sell.
Covered devices: Pod systems, batteries, and chargers are covered against dead-on-arrival (DOA) and manufacturer defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. A receipt is required for all warranty claims. Defective devices will be replaced with the same item, or an equivalent item if the original is unavailable.
Not covered: Disposable vapes and coils/pods are consumables and carry no warranty once used. E-liquids carry no warranty once opened or unsealed. Damage caused by misuse, drops, water exposure, or unauthorized modification is not covered.
How to make a claim: Warranty claims can be handled in-store at 400 Tecumseh Rd W, Windsor, ON, or by email. Please bring your receipt and the original product and packaging where possible.
